This is a highly aromatic and is based on the centuries of the centuries of experience and knowledge gained by the monks of the Holy Kykkos Monastery. 

This special type of zivania was produced in small quantities. The red Zivania is produced the same way as the authentic - colorless zivania with the addition of cinnamon and herbal extracts.
