Bumbu XO Rum is produced from molasses in a distillery in Panama that dates back more than 120 years. After 18 years in American white oak bourbon barrels comes the short finish in Andalusian white oak sherry barrels. The palate offers notes of rich raisins, bitter coffee with toffee, vanilla and roasted oak.
