The Dictador 100 Months Claro Rum is matured in ex-bourbon barrels for... well... 100 months. Following this, the Claro is filtered to remove its colour but not the flavour, resulting in a full-bodied rum suitable for use in cocktails where you wouldn't want to alter the hue of your drink.
