Varieties: Limniona, Syrah, Grenache 

Vinification: Classic red, it is matured in French and American oak barrels for a year and aged in bottles for two more years.

Purple colour with a ripe yet fresh nose of plums and blueberries, meat, chocolate and spice. Velvety on the palate with intense vanilla flavours, supple tannins and fine concentration.

Served: After an hour of decanting at 16-18°C in high volume glasses.
