The native botanicals are rather unique, with calamint, safflower, mignonette, rubia and indigo alongside Tuscan juniper berries. The juniper is vacuum distilled while the other botanicals are distilled in an alembic still. After this, the final botanicals which include wild celery, pine needles and lavender among others are infused and then distilled. With 13 botanicals and three distillates in total, this is a finely balanced spirit.
