A very impressive vintage Grande Champagne cognac from renowned family distillers, Hine.

Distilled in 1987 from grapes grown exclusively in the premium vineyards of the Grande Champagne district. The cognac 'landed' in 1989, meaning that the spirit was transferred to Hine's chalk cellars in Bristol where maturation continued at a more gentle pace than in the west of France.
