The Eyva Vodka from La Valdôtaine is made on the basis of lightly roasted spelt. The water for dilution to drinking strength comes from a source in the mountains at an altitude of 1400 meters. In terms of taste, the Eyva has roasted aromas and is more of a dry vodka.
