Made at the Distilleerderij Onder de Boompjes located in Schiedam in the Holland area of the Netherlands. The artisanal process includes zesting 30kg of oranges and cutting up 10kg of lemons for each batch by hand. The distillery traces its history back to 1658 and this gin is named after the 'father of Jenever', Franciscus Sylvius.
