Created by Walsh Whiskey, The Irishman 12 Years Old is a triple distilled single malt Irish whiskey aged for 12 years in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Each year the master blender carefully selects the barrels from which only 6000 bottles are produced.

Tasting Notes: 

Color: Light amber.

Aroma: The nose is fruity with notes of pear and peach, then banana and chocolate with hints of citrus and vanilla.

Taste: On the palate it is fresh with notes of custard, milk chocolate, honey, pear and citrus.

Final: The finish is of medium persistence, soft, with notes of apple, pear and citrus, then some floral notes, pepper and barley malt.
