Taking inspiration from the Caribbean tradition of macerating fresh pineapples in high-proof sugar cane spirit, Tiki Lovers Pineapple Rum has an intensely tropical character. Its recipe uses pineapple from South America to add a seriously fruity edge to a blend of un-aged pot-still Jamaican rum, three-year-old rum from Barbados, and column still rums from Trinidad and Guyana. Bold and funky, this has notes caramel, toffee, bananas and fruity pineapple on the palate.
